Touratech Aventuro Carbon Pro Helmet
Find your Aventuro Carbon Pro Here@@ouratech-Aventuro-Carbon-Pro-Adventure-Helmet
The Aventuro Carbon PRO helmet sets a new standard for protection, comfort, and cooling airflow for adventure riders looking for a lightweight and airy travel companion.
This is the 3rd generation of the legendary Aventuro Carbon helmet which has become a top choice thanks to the lightweight carbon fiber construction, and aerodynamic design that improves rider comfort by reducing neck strain.
The Carbon PRO is a completely new design that features more ventilation, better peripheral vision, upgraded liners with new pad-locking system and enhanced quick-release peak anchor system. The best ADV helmet just got better with the Aventuro Carbon PRO!
• More airflow with 8 intake vents and 4 exhaust vents for maximum cooling when the riding gets serious or the temperatures soar. The air efficiently cools around your head with distribution channels in the EPS foam.
• Glove-friendly controls with improved grip and function for operating vents and opening the shield on the helmet with riding gloves.
• Dual-function chin vent has been re-designed to provide rider with fine controls of the airflow to the visor and the rider.
• Updated brow vents increase the cooling airflow right where you need it for improved rider comfort when the going gets tough.
• New peak design that improves aerodynamics by cutting through the wind cleanly with less drag which reduces neck strain and increases rider comfort. The lower peak mounting points have been repositioned above the visor. This design also makes it easier to remove the shield for cleaning, installing a pin-lock or upgrading to a tinted visor.
• Improved quick-release mechanism for the peak utilizing metal threads for a reliable and secure connection. This allows the peak to be removed without using tools for riders wanting to put the helmet into ‘street mode’ for the best aerodynamics and reduced neck strain which is ideal for riding at higher speeds or street touring.
• Improved visibility with expanded peripheral range of view and shape that better accommodates glasses.
• Meets high standards for safety with both DOT and ECE 22.06 certifications.
• Communication system friendly with embossed cavities and recesses for speakers, microphone, and wires.
Updated interior with completely redesigned moisture-wicking Coolmax liner that can be washed or replaced to keep the helmet feeling fresh. It’s also equipped with 3-dimensional pre-shaped cheek pads and an F.R.S emergency removal system. The underside of the cheek pads feature reflective panels to help riders be seen in low light conditions.

    I found a solution to the center bolt problem! I went to the store and found a "cross dowel" and used that. A cross dowel is a barrel shaped nut that has a hole in the side that is threaded. You insert into the crast bar tube, assemble, and then you thread a bolt into the cross dowel. So much easier and really simple. Touratech should have just supplied one from the start!

My very first Garmin would automatically re-route to the next waypoint if you skipped a waypoint. I've noticed on the XT2 and my 390 it won't do that. If continues to keep routing to the missed waypoint. How do we skip a waypoint so it will re-route to the next waypoint? TIA.

Yet in all that time, I’ve never seen a sliver of evidence proving it ever happens! Never seen a video, never seen a photo, of the problem these products claim to prevent. • @TouratechUSA
      @TouratechUSA 3 місяці тому

      You're not wrong about that. That particular clamp can be difficult to hold in place while you get the bolt threaded in and this method makes that easier. You could accomplish the same thing with a velcro strap or strong tape or just ask for a helper. You certainly don't have to use that zip tie if you don't want to.

    • @TouratechUSA
      @TouratechUSA 3 місяці тому

      Our spring lowering kit is a great option because it lowers both ends of the bike equally to preserve the factory geometry. This is the best kit for the price to properly lower your GSA.

    • @doctorstrangelove8587
      @doctorstrangelove8587 3 місяці тому

      @@TouratechUSA yes but motorcycles loose geometry by lowering them too much or raising them too high cause that is the the way they are design by factory. You know that right?

    • @TouratechUSA
      @TouratechUSA 3 місяці тому

      This is certainly not the place to have that argument. Yes things change when altering the motorcycle from stock but lowering both ends equally (especially on a telelever bike) does not create any unsafe geometry changes. By far the most noticeable change will be the easier reach to the ground. Good luck with your parts search.

    Hmmm, Not sure what justifies the replacement of the suspension that comes with the bike which is more than enough to cover the easy riding they are showing on this video.

    • @TouratechUSA
      @TouratechUSA 3 місяці тому

      That is a very common response from riders who fall within the weight specifications that the OEM suspension was designed for and have never ridden with a set of high quality and properly tuned suspension. The stock suspension on these bikes is very good if you are of average weight and don't ride the bikes hard.
